Request an absentee by mail ballot at:
www.securemyabsenteeballot.sos.ga.gov
(click “Submit” > click “Absentee Ballot Portal” tab > click “Absentee Ballot Application”)
OR
Call the voter registration office at 912-529-3298
- The last day an absentee by mail ballot can be issued is November 28.
- The last day an absentee by mail ballot can be returned is December 6 by 7:00 p.m.
- Early Voting will be at the Treutlen County Annex ONLY from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. November 28 – December 2.
- There will be no Saturday voting.

Treutlen County will have a General Primary Runoff on June 21, 2022
for the following state races:
Lieutenant Governor (D)
Secretary of State (D)
Commissioner of Labor (D)
Commissioner of Insurance (D)
Early voting for the runoff will be June 13-17, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
at the Treutlen County Annex.
You may now apply for an absentee by mail ballot for the June 21, 2022 General Primary Runoff.
Any application received after Friday, June 10, 2022, shall be rejected. (O.C.G.A §21-2-381)

ANNOUNCEMENT
Announcement
Georgia Legislature recently changed the state district lines (redistricting) after the 2020 census. Treutlen County is now in the following state districts:
State House District: 158
State Senate District: 20
All registered voters in Treutlen County will be receiving notification of these changes. Unless your personal information has changed, there is no need to return the notification card.

After the 2020 census,
federal, state, and local district lines may change.
As a voter in Treutlen County, this means that your voting location (precinct), County Commissioner, and/or Board of Education member MIGHT change.
If any changes are made, a pink precinct card will be mailed to you alerting you of any changes.
These changes are not scheduled to take place until after January 1, 2022 but before the
May 24, 2022 Primary Election.
